PLAN A:  Flat rate of $40 per person. You choose a collection of our 12"x12" designs. $10.00 of every $40.00 Seat Reservation will be donated back to support your fundraising goals!

PLAN B:  Set your own price. Anything over $30 per person is profit for your organization. You choose a collection of our 12"x12" designs. For example, you could charge $50 per person and $20 per person would be profit! For 15 guests that would be $300 raised while having fun! 

PLAN C: Set your own price on any size. Anything over our normal posted prices ($30-$55 depending on the size) per person is profit for your organization. You choose a collection of any of our designs, sizes and round serving trays. For example, you could charge $20 above our posted price per sign  

You could provide beverages and snacks or sell them for added profits. We  provide you with a graphic to promote on your website, email, text and promote on your social media and we would also promote your fundraiser! 

AN EVENT PAGE WILL BE MADE FOR YOUR FUNDRAISER WITH THE DESIGNS AND PRICING YOU CHOOSE!

  • Paradise Paint Parties will make a Facebook event and a party webpage for you to share/invite others and for your guests to choose their design, register and pay for the event. The URL - website address to the page will be on the promotion graphic. 
  • A $70.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event. The $70 registration fee will be refunded after the minimum participation requirement of 10 are registered and paid. 
  • Upon receiving this registration we will send you a Paypal invoice for the $70 non-refundable deposit. Please pay within 24 hours or your date may be released for booking. 
  • Minimum requirement of 10 sign painters for each fundraising event.
  • We bring all the supplies including drop cloths, table cloths, and aprons!
  • Host/hostess provide enough tables & chairs for guests. We ask your organization to provide 1 volunteer for every 15 signs sold to squirt paint and help with clean-up.
  • Each party is 2.5 hours and we arrive 1 hour prior for set-up. Having a LARGE EVENT? Extended event times available too! 
  • NO travel fees
